General conditions of sale

Any order of a product from the online store www.sentideashop.com supposes the consultation and acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The processing and validation of the order supposes an acceptance of these conditions and has the value of a "digital signature".

2. Object

The general conditions of sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties for an online sale of products offered by sentideashop to the consumer.

3. Order confirmation and proof of transaction

The contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address indicated by the consumer in the order form. The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of Sentidea SL under reasonable security conditions, are considered as proof of communication, order and payment made between the parties.


4. Information about the products

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on sentideashop. Product and manufacturer names and brands are used for identification purposes only.


5. Duration and validity of the offer and its price

Our prices are valid for the day.

6. Delivery method

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer in his order and only in the geographical areas that we serve. The products leave our warehouses in perfect condition. The customer must inform the carrier of any traces of impact (holes, crush marks, stains, etc.) on the package and if necessary, reject the package. A new identical product will be returned to you free of charge, if you return the damaged package to the carrier.

The exchange of any product declared subsequently damaged during transport, without any reservation having been made at the time of receipt of the package cannot be accepted.

As with any shipment, it is possible that the product may be delayed or lost. In such a case, we contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. Every effort is made to find the package. If we do not find it, we will deliver a new identical package.

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times by the carrier , especially in case of loss, bad weather or strikes.


7. Delivery errors

The consumer must make any claim to Sentidea the same day of delivery or no later than the first business day after delivery, for any delivery error and/or non-compliance with the information provided in the order and/or delivery note. In case of delivery or exchange error , any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Sentidea in its entirety and in its original packaging in perfect condition (see Shipping and returns ) at Calle José Abascal, 42 - 2ºD 28003 Madrid , with the transport services of Sentidea.

To be accepted, any return must be reported and have the prior agreement of Sentidea. Sentidea is responsible for shipping costs, except in the event that the product does not correspond to the declaration of origin made by the consumer (see Shipping and returns ).


8. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons. The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at his own expense, the products that do not suit him. This period begins the day of receipt of the consumer's order. Any return must be notified in writing in advance to Sentidea Customer Service. The customer must bear the return costs. Only products returned in their entirety, in their complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs. Sentidea will do its best to refund the amount to the consumer within 30 days.


9. Force majeure

None of the parties will have breached their contractual obligations, to the extent that their performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by a case of force majeure. A case of force majeure is considered any irresistible fact or circumstance, beyond the control of the parties, unpredictable, inevitable, beyond the will of the parties and that they cannot prevent, despite their efforts.

The party affected by such circumstances must notify the other party within ten business days from the date it becomes aware of it.

The two parties will meet within a period of 3 months, unless it is impossible for reasons of force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the contract will be extended. If the case of greater force lasts more than a month, these general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.

Expressly, they are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the courts: the blocking of means of transport, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, the closure of telecommunications networks or specific difficulties of external telecommunications networks to customers.


10. Partial non-validation

If one or more of the provisions of these general conditions are not considered validated or declared as such by virtue of a law, regulation or after a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions will retain their full force and scope.


11. There is no resignation

The fact that one of the parties does not invoke the breach by the other party of any of the obligations mentioned in these general conditions of sale cannot be interpreted in the future as a claim of the obligation in question.


12. Applicable law

These general conditions of sale are subject to Spanish law. This is the case for both substantive and formal rules. In case of dispute or claim, the consumer will first contact Sentidea to obtain a friendly solution.


13. Protection of personal data

All data that you entrust to us is used to process your orders. In accordance with Law 15/1999 on data protection modified by Law 62/2003 on information technology, files and freedoms, you have a right to rectify, consult, modify and delete data. that you have provided us by contacting Sentidea.


14. Conflicts and disputes

Any order placed through the sentideashop site implies acceptance by the client, without any restrictions, of the general conditions of sale of Sentidea SL In the event of sale to a legal entity, any dispute relating to the sale (price, general conditions, products, etc.) will be governed by Spanish law.
