I just placed an order and I made a mistake or I want to cancel it. What I can do?
Write us as soon as possible to our email: contacta@sentideashop.com or call 91 781 05 16 , indicating the details of the order and the modification to be made. If the order has already been sent, it will not be possible to make any changes to the content of the order or cancel it, unless the right of withdrawal is requested.
What happens if I receive my order and one of the products is wrong or damaged?

What payment methods do you have?
You can pay by bank card or with your PayPal account. If you cannot finish the payment, call us and we will help you.
Can I return my order?
Write an email to contacta@sentidea.com with the order details and we will send you the return instructions. Returns of opened, used or without original packaging products are not accepted.
Can I send products abroad?
At the moment we only send orders in Andorra, Peninsular Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are €5.00 . For orders over €50 shipping is free.
Can I have multiple shipping addresses?
Yes, in your user session, in the "ADDRESSES" section you can add several addresses and select it at the time of validating the order.
How do I use my discount coupon?
After putting your items in the cart, go to "CART" and "PROCESS ORDER" Add the discount code in the section on the right "PROMOTIONAL CODE".
How can I create an account?

Are all the products natural/certified organic or vegan?
We go beyond the labels and we do not sell natural products because they are in fashion. What interests us is the formula, with efficient ingredients to have results, and safe to take care of ourselves. We are specialists in essential oils, 100% of our products are cruelty free , 80% are certified organic and vegan . If there are ingredients that must be synthetic, we explain why.
