Shipping & Returns
The preparation of the package in our warehouses will be done as soon as the payment arrives in our system. The selection of products offered through our online store is valid as long as the products are visible, with the available stock limits. As it is electronic commerce , the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process the stock runs out , and therefore, in these cases, it is not possible to continue the sale that has been started. In the event that there is any out-of-stock or timely unavailability of an item, Sentidea will contact the client to notify them as soon as possible and give them a new delivery period, or if it is not possible to serve said product, proceed to cancellation or offer exchange for another product of similar size or characteristics.
For purchases of less than €50, shipping costs are €5.00. For purchases over €50 shipping is free.
The GLS transport service makes a mandatory delivery with signature, if the recipient is absent the carrier will leave a notice and will come again the next day. In the event of a new absence , the final recipient may go to the nearest GLS offices and retrieve their package. If the package has not been recovered within 15 days, it will be returned to Sentidea and customer service will contact you.
It will be the customer's responsibility to make sure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. In this way, if the box is open or if due to the appearance of the packaging doubts or suspicions arise about infringements of the inviolability of the product, the customer should not receive it, immediately notifying Sentidea by phone or email.

3. Guarantee: Exchange, return and refund
The consumer has a legal time of 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons for which he does so. The conditions are the following:
- The shipping costs for withdrawal, changes and returns will be the responsibility of the client.
- The shipping costs for product breakage, order preparation error and transport problem are borne by Sentidea.
- Changes and returns must be managed by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Changes and returns must be managed via the means of transport that Sentidea offers (GLS) so that the package arrives correctly at our warehouses in Madrid. If the client returns the package through another carrier , Sentidea is released from all responsibility in case of loss, theft, damage to the package and does not undertake to refund or resend it.
- The product must be in perfect condition , totally new, unused and in its original packaging. Sentidea reserves the right not to accept in exchange or return products that do not come in perfect condition.
- If the product is suitable for return according to the aforementioned conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer under the same method used for payment, as soon as possible.
- If the product is suitable to be exchanged, Sentidea will proceed to do so, exchanging the product for the new one chosen.
- In the event that the new product has a higher amount , the customer will pay the difference in price through one of the payment methods recognized by Sentidea.
- If the chosen product has a lower value, Sentidea will refund the difference through the payment method used for the purchase.
- In case of receipt of a return whose content is not confirmed to the return request or the products do not respect the previously mentioned return conditions, Sentidea reserves the right to exercise the necessary actions to receive the recovery of the amount.
- In the case of a defective product , the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract , procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of fourteen days from delivery.
