PROTECT THE RESPIRATORY TRACT WITH A SELECTION OF ESSENTIAL OILS

Eucalyptus Globulus ( Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) is a reference essential oil for respiratory well-being. Decongests the respiratory tract +++ thanks to 1.8 cineole (eucalyptol). It is antiseptic +++ (alphapinene) and anti-infective. Use it in a friction of the torso, the upper part of the back and the soles of the feet (highly vascularized area), diluted to 20% with vegetable oil of nigella (black cumin) or macadamia : that is to say 1 drop of essential oil in 5 drops of vegetable oil. For children <15 years, choose the Eucalyptus radiata .

Savory ( Satureja montana L.) : its smell reminds us of pizza! It is an excellent anti-infective +++ (phenols) and toning (carvacrol, thymol). Dermocaustic, it has to be diluted to 20% for use on the skin. In diffusion, it is diluted to 5% in other essential oils such as lemon for example, i.e. 1 drop of savory and 20 drops of other AE.

Thyme thymol ( Thymus zygis L.) is a type of thyme, powerful: it is antiparasitic ++++ (thymol), antibacterial +++ (gamma-terpinene), antiviral, immunostimulant, and fungicidal. It is also Toning (cortison-like). For its diffusion, it should be diluted with other essential oils at 10%, that is, 1 drop of thyme thymol in 10 drops of other EOs such as Ravintsara or the incense. For children, choose Linalool Thyme .
